Construction Highlights
  • Galvanized steel side profiles - Zinc coating applied after fabrication protects cut edges against rust and corrosion.
  • Chain-driven rollers - Each roller coupled to a common chain ensures consistent movement even with uneven loads.
  • Bolt-on geared motor - Mounts on either side to suit your layout with no chain tensioner required.
  • Plug-in wiring - Motor and sensor cables terminate at numbered terminal strips for quick control cabinet connection.
  • Modular design - Straight sections available up to 3m length; multiple sections can be joined for custom configurations.
Operating Specifications
  • Roller pitch: Configured to ensure at least three rollers support the shortest sheet at all times
  • Load guidance: Optional fixed or adjustable side rails available to prevent sheet drift
